Hi everyone, Happy New Year! Many might think we kicked Klara out, but that’s not true. She just went to celebrate New Year’s with her family. We’re doing well, we gave her a gift, and she went home to celebrate the holidays in a good mood. 
Klara will be joining us right after the holidays.

Merci pour votre réponse j’aime beaucoup klara mais comme j’ai dit j’avais cette impression mais j’ai aussi dit qu’elle pourrait bien être partie dans sa famille pour le temps des fêtes je comprends rien au russe j’ai mal interprété ce qui s’est passé cette nuit encore désolé bonne fêtes à vous 2

Das Problem mit der falschen Interpretation kenn ich da ich der russischen Sprache leider auch nicht mächtig bin, wäre doch schön wenn es den Technikern im Support mittels einer KI gestützten Trans late Übersetzung uns an den geführten Gesprächen teilhaben zu lassen, dann wäre man als nicht russisch sprechender Zuschauer nicht mehr ausgeschlossen und es kämme demzufolge auch nicht zu Missverständnissen seitens der bestehenden Sprachbarriere

Misunderstanding and misinterpreting something due to a language barrier is one thing. It’s quite another, however, to publish this misinterpretation and present it as “true” until proven otherwise.
Unfortunately, this happens again and again in this forum, which is quite tiring in the long run.

Currently, AI is neither capable of translating a foreign language flawlessly nor of distinguishing between different people speaking simultaneously…
Perhaps this will change in the future. But at the moment, it’s rather useless and exacerbates misinterpretations even more than speculation without language skills.
