I personally think commenting on a participant’s behavior is fair game, because that can be controlled or altered, but attacking a participant’s looks just makes you sound like a dick. Maybe that’s your goal, but you should know that you are giving sad, unhappy troll energy with your choice of words.

No one has the ability to control or alter his behavior except himself, but our constructive feedback might inspire that since we know he reads the forum occasionally – or not, completely up to him. Radu seems to have ignored all notes on his perceived problematic behavior, if he’s even aware of them. What Aleks cannot change is how he looks, so cheap shots about his appearance are just being mean for the sake of it.

The ability to control one’s weight is unique to every individual based on metabolism and genetics, as it seems that’s what your hinting at in a less than subtle way. Some bodies can’t seem to lose weight in a healthy way despite all effort, and some bodies can’t seem to gain weight in a healthy way despite all effort. It’s biological. People who need to resort to body shaming to make their point are equal parts ignorant and garbage imho.

Creating a caloric deficit will reduce fat and change the way you look 100% of the time. It’s physics. Aleks can absolutely change the way he looks if he wanted to. This is not a defense of insults but suggestions that people have don’t have control over how their body looks is anti science.
