I am curious about the device in the middle of the pool…
It looks (and sounds) like a mini water feature but I suspect it has an actual purpose of simply keeping the water moving to avoid it becoming stagnant when not in use. I am wondering though, how it is activated, as I noticed it does not appear to be switched on all the time, such as at night. Also, I noticed that at the time it appeared to come on (as shown in the screen shot), there was no obvious human activity to suggest it being turned on with a switch.
Please forgive my outright ignorance (and possibly overly curious approach) with this but maybe @Crerigan you could please explain the function it has and its activation to me? Many thanks.
