If it all fails Saturday morning, do we have to wait until Monday ?
I think that will be deemed an emergency and fixed of course.
As I said when the site fails that is a different kind of priority. For sure they will work on that.
I just think connecting or fixing connection problems from individual apartments does not have such a high property.
I can understand that, but this is about potentially 5 apartments, so it’s probably 10% + the other 5 that also have technical problems, then we’re probably at 20%
In fact failures of the whole site got already fixed on weekends AFAIK. So we can’t say they do not do that.

Well we do not know how many people they have to work on this special kind of task. Might be hard for them. I do not know. We do not know the exact circumstances here. But Kaya is answering right now

Because it is 5 previous (2 weeks ago) apartments that have been merged into 2 it is 5 apartments
Our first-line support is always online for any kind of issue.
We can always ask second-line technicians help in case of issues like this (cameras/apartment isn’t working), and they resolve it if it’s possible.
We also have technical team available 24/7 by demand for importang and urgent issues.
One apartment being offline isn’t that level of emergency.
We always require our apartment to have 2 ISPs, but sometimes tenants claim it’s not possible. We tend to allow it anyways, but then troubles during weekend/night is their responsibility.
Now, I will reply to everybody personally so nobody misses it.

That is exactly what I meant. For example they will call me on weekends if for example the whole database fails but not if there are only some minor issues we can fix on mondays.
I can tell you even in Germany this would not be possible everywhere 
But it makes it potentially 9 places, not 5?

I’m not one to romanticize living here, but I’m currently in a mid-sized European city, and all providers can only offer me either 4G (via SIM card) or DSL over a phone line, both with speeds up to 20 Mb/s. And trust me, you don’t even want to know the upload speed…
