Well that is what support also told me many times. Tech support not working 24/7 and not on weekends.

There is Internet. There are just problems connecting it to the site. And the VHTV tech guys do not work on weekends or even 24/7

They can hand out fines with no problems. They remove the option to pay by the month with no problem. They refuse to not give out extensions when the majority of the site goes bad with no problem. Yet, making sure the site can be properly looked after every day is mysteriously a problem.
Well thats a policie that dont agreed. Since this is a site it should have PPL there 24h out at least if something goes rong to fixe it. Lets say that there is a problem with the site and PPL cant acess, this way so we Will have to wait until monday? Makes no sence to me.
