Well my info is they have done that, internet is working and now there are issues connecting them to the site. AFAIK VHTV tech support does not work on weekends so we need to wait til Monday…

Maybe I misunderstood…VHTV earns millions from our subscriptions and they don’t have technical support that works on Saturdays and Sundays?
I work in a company of 100 people and I am available for the weekend if there are problems in the company.
Furthermore, these always connection problems… but don’t they have a safe and reliable “kit” to give to the apartments, so that they connect and go? nowadays even small line operators give you a reliable connection kit, to make the connection and the setting of the peripherals reliable and fast…

even Swera which at the moment (for at least two hours) is not working, I can safely think that it will restart on Monday. However, I can look at all the EMPTY apartments (James, Kraven, Lyalya, ecc) that are working very well! 
That was said here some time ago. I can’t remember any update on that.
Same here. Even the company I work for is bigger.
I do not know. I think each apartment might be a bit different so you can’t generalize that.
This sucks. I repaid my membership because off this place and now its spends so many time offline. This way chance the name for Mansion off Offline

For a site that runs 24/7 primarily using the internet, where money is earned for the participants, not having techs work on the weekends is absurd. Especially when you consider that weekends are usually the big party nights and when people presumably have the most free time. 10 years in and this site is still doing things ass backwards.
