I usually only get that problem with faulty cams. Never had it globally.

As I cannot repeat the issue this morning as much as I try to find it and if people can do that for them then it will identify the issue quickly and get it fixed.
Im currently at work and can’t check what’s happening for me. I will do what was suggested to me by support. I will also have to look at my email account as to why i didn’t see the reply from support which was a few minutes later. For some reason i didnt get the email.
Wow, if was working that fast i was never complaining. For me its 5 times slower at least that`s when its working, usually after 10 min max stops working completely, not a single click works.

big jock is in Scotland that’s separate must be depending where your from in England where i am my vhtv is completely fine at the moment
What we mean was last days and last night, now after few refresh works fine for me as well

Wow, if the problem isn’t reported to support, then it isn’t real lol. Typical VHTV, we’re stupid but they can’t fix a flat tire lol…
It seem blatantly clear to me you are having serious issues if you sent all those emails and nobody got them. I got the automated response to opening a ticket but didn’t get the one in response to my issues, which by the way are not just confined to VHTV they effect the forums too. 90% of the other tickets I opened DID NOT require or ASK for a response, that is why I did not respond.
Issues like the lag on the timeline being refreshed when moving from room to room and realm to realm, pictures and videos loading very slowly if at all on the forum on top of browsers slowing to a crawl after 5 minutes of browsing VHTV Perhaps you can post the instructions on here on how to run a diagnostic for you seeing as your emails are not getting through???
@VHTV_James why should every user open a ticket with support if everyone has the same problems?
I’m not an IT expert and I have no idea where to get a screenshot of the network tab in the browser devtools with “Viblast” filter and time column. And to be honest, I don’t want to deal with that either.
@jabs Nice that you have no problems. I’m also based in Germany and have O2 as my Internet provider. Everything works fine for me, except for VHTV. I have all the problems mentioned here.
Since apparently various users have opened a ticket here and have not received an answer from support, there is probably a huge problem there. In this respect, I don’t even bother to open a ticket. My subscription expires in 72 days and if it hasn’t improved by then, that’s about it for me.
Have no experience with them but I heard from several people they are bad…
