Vhtv already told don’t tag him….
Ok, the support from O2 really sucks, but everything has been going great for me for years. Sure, sometimes it happens that the internet connection is gone because of a fault, but it’s usually ok again after a few minutes (in the worst case after a few hours). But that has nothing to do with the problems with VHTV.
I must have overlooked … sorry
So open a support ticket, which maybe doesn’t get through, and then don’t get an answer, and don’t report here in the forum either, because you don’t want to be disturbed. Ok, slowly I realize that the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Then I will probably draw the conclusions from it in 72 days.
I did tickets still not get any response…. but work fine now…
At the moment it takes me 10-15 seconds when I click from one realm to the next and also from room to room I have at least 5 seconds a black image with a waiting circle.
And anyway, the room list no longer updates itself when you switch realms.
It’s all a big s__t!!
Exactly same here, was ok for a while earlier but now the problem started again
Dare I say It’s working fine now?
i did mine is fine
Thye already did but no one is helping them Lags and latest site problems - #153
Thanks I did spot that but as @Mohrchi said I am not a tech wiz either and don’t have a clue how to enter devtools, maybe if they posted a step by step guide for us lesser mortals, then we could use the tools. I have googled it but can make no sense of what was posted. If so many people are having the exact same issues then surely VHTV can reproduce the issues themselves, after all that is what we pay for. We report the issues and they sort them out of their own volition. I am not paying them so I can investigate the issues and help them. That’s like going to a car wash paying the guy and then getting out and cleaning it yourself.
so here’s the deal. I sent the info they requested. after investing my issue
informed me my issues were ISP.damn where have we heard that before . anyway asked me about using a VPN, .which I have been using
I disconnected my VPN, and tried working perfectly as of now. thought about changing servers on
my VPN, and seems to work now. my issue, I believe, was a bad server network in the city.
all good now… thanks everyone for the input!
I had this issue as you can see in the video above and posted it to show the problem, but I am not getting it now, which is damn frustrating as I want to debug it and find out what the problem is and I must have tried hundreds of times today.
This is the diagnostic tool step by step guide that I have copied from a support ticket to find out the issue for people who can do it and it’s quite simple to do if you are having issues and if you can screenshot or record a video of it and send it to support afterward.
If you cannot follow this and it is too complicated for you then fine, you don’t need to do it.
Good day,
Kindly asking you to assist us in your issue.
To help you resolve the issue, please open browser Network tab (On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + I. On Mac: Cmd + Option + I.) Make sure the “Network” tab is opened in it.
You can see a FILTER by keywords. Please input “m3u8” for one screenshot
and “.ts” for other.
These will show you two different results and errors for them, that will be too important for us to see to identify the issue happening. Please see the attachment.
After it’s done, please go to browser Console tab (On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J. On Mac: Cmd + Option + J.). Make sure the “Console” tab is opened in it.
Now refresh the page you experience the problem at, for example, Voyeur House TV 🔥 – # FREE Source for hidden real life cams
You will see the messages appearing in the console.
Please make the screenshot of what you see on the console, so we could understand what error is there in your case.
Also,

Hello,
Thanks for your patience. We’ve investigated that your ISP is changing your IP-address in minutes in the wrong way, and that’s why you can’t access our site normally. Kindly asking you to contact your ISP regarding using different IPS during one session or try to use VPN services.
I’ve been travelling so much in the last six weeks. I thought the issues experienced when I logged on were due to the countries I visited connections.
I just came across this thread, read it all and was like damnnnnnnn - as I’ve been travelling since July. I hope they get it fixed as I just logged off, and some days I did not bother logging in as it is super annoying. My sub is up for renewal, and I’ve hardly used it, thinking it was geographical when it’s an internal issue.
That is all a lot of work to do. Is this all needed or do we just provide what debugger posted.
thats pretty much the same thing!
If you have the issue it takes five mins to do as I have done it myself to see and as I said you don’t need to do it but it would be very helpful for them to get this info. I am just trying to help as I did have the issue but do not know which is damn frustrating.
Ok i will do it later.
Sorry but the image links are broken, so I cannot see what I am supposed to be doing.
At the moment i don’t have the issues so i can’t do the tests.
