may i also suggest you or any member of your team please watch any cam for at least 10 minutes, i think you will see what issue we have.
So let me get this right…back in July 2021 we have
- Massive lags in all places
- Cams take longer to load
- Sometimes it takes several seconds til a click is recognized
- Navigation in timeline is smooth but of course the playback is effected by the massive lags in the live streaming.
- This also means all saved moments will have problems saving or will make problems playing.
Here we are in August 2022 and nothing has changed. Wow, way to go VHTV you really understand customer service and you expect people to join up or renew their membership.
@VHTV_James … I usually don’t say much, but quit defending your site, the last few days have been excruciating. The lags, 10 second click recognition, constant page refresh, etc that EVRYONE is reporting is real… period. Either this is a high school IT project or you don’t care… plain and simple. I’m running the latest version of Chrome, Windows 11 (which is screaming fast) and my current laptop is only 6 months old. You own the problem, please deal with it and stop making excuses…
This is what people are talking about and this is probably the quickest I have seen this issue, when it is bad it can take up to 20 secs to change a room or realm.

Why do you think I say the problems we talk about aren’t real? They become real as soon as we confirm those by reproducing the error. My message was for everyone to report the problems to VHTV Support first and to make sure you respond to our messages. Last time you reported anything was back in July.

There is also to see the difference between whole site and just single places. For example realm53 has issues since the place launched but that is not the whole site.
You got a reply within 1 minute from your report. Could you please double-check your email inbox & spam folders to see if you may have missed it? This is very important to me and I will appreciate your help with checking how our Support replies are being processed on your end.
Maybe this time Germany is lucky to not have any problems… Or at least Vodafone provider here. Telekom I hear about a lot of problems with several services as they always priotize their own services…
Meanwhile, I’m aware our QA team is working on the issue trying to reproduce it and identify for our devs to be able to fix it. We still lack sufficient reports and diagnostic data from you.
