Respectfully, you are wrong. This is the place where they can talk about what is seen here on cam. Klara choose to bring him here and show him to us. People will speculate about what happened and that’s ok.
I would like to point out however that your vanity in trying to prove you know people probably made this worse. You told us this was a planned outage with this guy when you said it would be down all night. Had you not said that most would have believed it was simply ISP issues like the site said it was. Some times it’s better to say nothing at all if you don’t want to bring attention to something.

There was a power failure in the building. Did anybody say they went offline on purpose?
Thierry said they would be offline all night an hour before the “Power failure”
I dont care one way or the other, just pointing out its a bad idea to say that if your not trying to draw attention to why they went offline in the first place.
Non j’ai simplement dit que si l’appartement était hors ligne ça serait pour la nuit car ils interviennent pas la nuit j’ai rien dit d’autre

That is what I understood. Technicians are of course not working at night. And there was no power in the building anyways.
The forum sometimes has problems translating French language which can lead to misunderstandings. Maybe if you are not so fluent in English translate your post via an external translator (For example DeepL) first and then post it in English here.
But today you should enjoy your birthday
