Whilst you have valid points it isn’t the members responsibility to ensure the safety of the tenants and apartments this should be @VHTV_James responsibility but all they want to do is fob it off onto the managers.
Am sure i would not feel very good if i felt it rested on me and other members to ensure safety procedures and checks are carried out properly.
At the start of this topic I said it was a waste of time and nothing will change and it looks like I am correctamundo. Maybe a small token of change to please members but time is allowed to pass so things can be forgotten and business as usual. Carry on.
So? have there been any updates or was it all bluster?
I remember @VHTV_James saying in a different topic there are measures taken and they will tell at a later time about them. About time now for an update. I agree.

Makes you wonder if it is all worth the risk just to avoid working and getting easy money.
Unfortunately there will always be many prepared to take that risk though i doubt if most of them are even aware there is any risk as most of their brains and sense seem to be in their dicks.

Did other participants in that apartment leave the project permanently because of what happened ?

All the participants in this project are adults living real lives. And in real life, tragic events can happen. Do you think it’s the job of the operators of this site to keep the participants safe at all costs?
Every adult is responsible for their decisions and their safety, and in most countries of the world there are emergency services to respond in life-threatening situations.

The situation is different when a death happens at workplace. Here in North America, the employer or the company hiring contractors would be sued for millions of dollars by the family of the victim. Also it looks that participants work without legal insurance that cover workplace accidents
I’m surprised that sergio family didn’t sue VHTV. I was wondering if that’s the reason they chose a country like Russia to get away from liabilities.
As long as idiots take d__gs there will always be tragic accidents. Unfortunately some people never learn or even worse don’t want to learn.
