The names say Henry, Mira, not Henry & Mira, so they probably found out, that Mira is not the “co-locater person” to have someone else in her place, didn’t know where to put Shelby, so left her the apartment realm 67, and now look for a new one for Mira. 
In the meantime she stays with Henry, because she’s here for a fuck anyways.
Nestor seems to be busy otherwise.

Maybe after the shower the other day with Mira joining Doreen and Henry, there’s still hope for a 3 way with all of them!

Henry has always fucked who he wanted. Mira may have told him in the past, before she left, that she will leave him if he doesn’t behave. This argument has no power anymore to Henry, and lately we saw Mira and Doreen “handeling” Henry together, so I see no problem here. If worst came to worst, the three of them will use the bedroom, which leaves the guestroom and the livingroom couch for other guestgirls. And Henry can take " the tour ".
