I must say it was a shame it was beaten eventually. Though records are there to be beaten.

Michael almost did record an eighth championship in 2006. Just some bad luck of the draw that pended out. I say Alonso was pretty bloody lucky in 2006. Alonso hadde gullhår i rævva. As I would put it in my mother tongue.

And another Max did yesterday. He won from Pole, and the last time that happened was in 2019.
Only Hamilton won’t be winning another title anytime soon. Unless he drives next season, and then with a high-flyer Ferrari.

Max will drive this weekend in a Porsche Cayman GT4 CS on the Nürburgring/Nordschleife.
He is not allowed to drive a faster car like the Ferrari from his racing team, because he has not enough experience as they announced it
