you pay less than a dollar a day for 42 apartments hosting over 600 cameras of 72 participants and over 100 guest , if you dont think $1 per day for all that is quality even with the general camera failures and missing people then perhaps you shouldnt be subscribing ,

The apartment is under maintenance, there is nothing we can change about it. Unfortunately, we can’t send fairies with new cables in minutes to the place. It’s very unpleasant for sure. However, since you were the one bringing up the ToS, I had to point out that it doesn’t break our agreement. Good thing is you can enjoy dozens of other apartments online meanwhile

Embora não seja o meu caso. A prestação de serviço se enquadra no escopo da relação de comércio que transcendem as limitações de fronteiras entre países, e sim, cabe ao contratante reclamar por qualquer falha na prestação do serviço, seja ela provocada ou não. e, o VHTV quando comercializa a página, se inclui no vínculo obrigacional e não há nada que justifique a interrupção de total ou parte do serviço oferecido, "entra na esfera de prestação de serviço pelo fato de ter cobrança monetária pelo mesmo. Resumindo: O reclamante segundo ás normas comerciais sempre terá razão até que o serviço seja restabelecido, não cabendo ponderação, nem de quem é responsável.

Yes, I think even she doesn’t know. Because her manager needs to replace the broken equipment and I think Ariela wants to be online as soon as possible.

I said that because she is not the one who will buy the new equipment and replace it.
I don’t know who her manager is but maybe he reads the posts. He was supposed to replace the cameras that were broken for months. He just watched and did nothing.
