The only service weâre paying for, is the access to the paid cams and the archive. Nothing else. So, as long as you get that access, you donât have any real reason of complaining. Does this makes it clearer for you ?

And that means they have no obligations. The cameras can point to the wall, the ceiling⊠the house can be empty for days on end because they have no obligations. Ok, thanks for the clarification!

Well, not really. If the cameras are pointing to the walls/ceiling, itâs not right, so we can contact support and report it. Usually, those issues are dealt with very fast. What we canât complain about, is what is happening or not inside de apartments, that has nothing to do with us, weâre not paying the participants nor have any contracts with them. We can watch certain apartments or not, everyone as it sees fit

So we have access to cameras 24 hours a day to ensure nothing is stolen. I thought I was the customer and it turns out Iâm the night guard! They are paid and have no obligations. Well, if it worked until today and no one complained, maybe Iâm being too demanding! Thanks for the help.

The apartment is offline due to the equipment that makes the cameras work if that equipment is not working then the apartment canât be online itâs quite simple. Until they fix what is make that equipment not work then it has to stay offline. The router could have malfunctioned as the cameras work on that and until they get a new one then it has to stay offline. There is no need for all this nonsense drama.

Oh, i thought that you already understood from my previous post.
Again, we pay Vhtv (which is only a streaming platform) for the access to the paid cams and the archive. Thatâs the only contract we have. What is happening further between Vhtv and the participants, is totally out of our concern as, again, we donât pay them directly. All we can do is, watch or not the apartments that do not fit the reasons weâre watching this site. It is quite simple really

Chicos, hay un montĂłn de departamentos que viven teniendo relocalizaciones y problemas tĂ©cnicos, ni mĂĄs ni menos que por los paĂses de los que provienen (hola, guerra), y no se ha armado tanto revuelo.
Dicho esto, creo que el hecho de la que residente de este lugar no brinde lo que los espectadores quieren ver (de vuelta, son expectativas de vista) termina por mal predisponer a varios. Pero ese es un problema que cada uno debe gestionar con su propia almohada.

Doesnât VHTV pass on part of the revenue to them as payment for the service provided? But in which parallel world do you live? Of course we are the ones paying them, or is VHTV taking money out of their pockets to pay them? If not, how can I complain directly to them about the crappy service that some provide? How can I decide who I want to pay and who I donât? VHTV owns the rights:

Extremely simple: By watching or not. You only âpayâ for what you watch. Thatâs how this site is working. The apartments get paid by Vhtv according to the views they generate. So if you donât watch a place, it doesnât get a single cent from your side
Correct if youâre referring to the technical side. If youâre referring to the content made by the apartments, then youâre totally wrong, Vhtv has nothing to do with the participants.
Can you please explain what youâre calling âservice providedâ ? I am quite sure thatâs where your confusion is
