Bruce Howard Kulick (born December 12, 1953 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American underrated (JMO) guitarist who has worked with Meat Loaf, Michael Bolton and Kiss. He is now a member of the band Grand Funk Railroad.
He is best known for being the guitarist of the band KISS from 1984 to 1996.

Fun fact on this day 1990 - Rod Stewart
Rod married New Zealand model Rachel Hunter in Beverly Hills. Stewart was quoted as saying “I Found the Girl that I Want, I won’t be putting my banana in anybody’s fruit bowl from now on”. They split in 1999. A lot of fruit bowls since then I would think!

Let’s celebrate the memory of Scottish singer, guitarist and songwriter Stuart Adamson, co-founder of the bands Skids and Big Country. bands with whom he had several minor hits with between 1978 and the mid 1980’s.
Sadly 22 years ago today, Stuart Adamson passed away in a tragic manner at the age of 43. To his memory, here’s a In A Big Country, a song which may be called the band’s title track.

Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band - I’m Gonna Booglarize You, Baby
Let us celebrate the memory of Don VanVliet, who passed away 13 years ago today at the age of 69. Better known as Captain Beefheart, this American singer made some pretty weird music during his career. I really like his music, but I understand very well that it may not be for everyone.
However, the Captain’s music was just blues-rock turned upside-down and/or inside out. The music went totally out-there, sometimes even a little too much for me. Still, at the bottom it was basic blues-rock. In Captain Beefheart’s memory, here’s I’m Gonna Booglarize You, Baby.

A for me unknown colorful person. Found an interesting documentary narrated by the BBC DJ legend John Peel on YouTube (Captain Beefheart 1997 The Artist Formely Known As Captain Beefheart). C___dhood/youth friend of Frank Zappa and Ry Cooder. Must admit he grows on you (rather strange) !
