CTZNSHP - Everything Always (2015)
I’d be curious to know which real singer is behind this AI-generated artist, “Mikhail Bennett.” That sounds really damn good.

one of my all time favourite bands thirty seconds to mars have just released The official music video for The Kill (Acoustic) by Thirty Seconds To Mars featured on the upcoming 20 year anniversary edition
Yes, some of this AI songs sound, as Constantin puts it, “really damn good”. When listening to this, I thought it sounded very smooth and polished, and perhaps lacking some dynamics. Still, I have to admit I “fell” for it too ![]()
Found out that it’s 30 years ago today that Jeffrey Lee Pierce passed away, only 37 years old. He fronted The Gun Club in the 1980’s and 90’s, and he also did a small handful of solo albums. I bought a few of them back in the day, and some of them are still in my shelves. This sent me down memory lane, so here’s my songs for the evening. To the memory of Jeffrey Lee Pierce ![]()
The Gun Club - Mother of Earth (1982)
The Gun Club - The House On Highland Avenue (1983)
The Gun Club - The Stranger In Our Town (1984)

Ronnie Lane of The Small Faces, The Faces and his own band Slim Chance was born 80 years ago today. This calls for the celebration of the memory of this very fine English musician and songwriter, a man who deserves to be remembered so much more than he is.

Ronnie Lane - One Step (1980)
I’ve posted this song before, but since I am what I am and today is today, here we go again.
Ronnie Lane & Pete Townshend - April Fool (1977)
This last song is from the excellent album Rough Mix, in collaboration with Pete Townshend of The Who. It was around the time of the recording of this album Ronnie was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. This disease eventually led to his passing in 1997. He was 51 year old.
Allie Sherlock’s an exceptionally talented singer. I’ve subscribed to her channel for quite some time now.
Me being me, her guitars make me think of a song.
