I can assure you that when the page is down I am rather quickly noticing it.

The problem with DDOS attacks is when they are targeted against you it is very hard to impossible to not see any negative effects. It is totally unprofitable to have an infrastructure which is so strong that it will survive such an attack. Why do they do such attacks? Well the main goal is to bring the infrastructure in a state where it is vulnerable for stealing customer data and other valuable information. So most important is in such a situation is to shut down safely and also reboot everything in a way that there are no points where attackers can snatch any data.
Defending such an attack is possible by using load balancers and firewalls which will recognize certain attack patterns but there is never a 100% protection against things like that.

There is no such thing which is named one hundred percent protection in the electronic world. If I would have believed that, then I would have believed in Santa Claus. Which I do not do. Unconditionally.

when they do load they go off and on every couple of mins and buffer forever

Iāve noted the same all day, the video feed of the free cams is what I call blinking. Going from video, black screen, video, black screen. As I can only see the free cams and as of now havenāt noticed any subscribers mention it. Iām wondering if itās only happening to the free cams that we can only see but doesnāt affect subscribers.

I face this kind of buffering too and sometimes the way to fix it just shuffling between realms.

As Bandaids said I am also a free user and I have shuffled, restarted both page and computer, changed browser and it is still happening for me at least in all rooms on free cams

It does it anyhow. Iāve tried FF, Chrome and Edge, all do the same thing.
