VHTV are not interested in there customers as they never reply as can be seen by the comments. The whole idea of the new Version was to provide a better quality and more features. Just like MPa promise the earth and deliver FA. AS VHTV are breaching there contract for failing to provide the service we have subscribed to we should be compensated.

It’s annoying when VHTV doesn’t work, but the reasons for this can be so varied and don’t have to have anything to do with the new version.

Many subscribers certainly didn’t even notice that the page was down. I therefore think that demanding flat-rate compensation is nit-picking.
How long was the site unavailable? 2 hours? 3 hours?
At a price of around one euro per day, this corresponds to around 20 cents…

There was a Denial of Service attack on VHTV as was announced on another similar thread to this by a co-worker of Kaya.

This one was created on purpose to break the access to site and harm us and you. We are taking measures in order to prevent next one (which is obviously possible). Unfortunately

but you dont use it for its full extent as the service is 24/7 barring a few hiccups , and nobody and i mean NOBODY would torture themselves by viewing the site 24/7 . just think off the hiccups as an enforced break , and we all need them even if its just to remind us that theres a whole real world away from your screen , go outside embrace nature and stop whinging
