I would like to ask you as a layman about this computer stuff.
Could it have something to do with the server performance being too low since the new version is being used, that the website crashes during prime time in Europe? Could the update simply have been too big? 
They need to deactivate this oops message. It keeps showing out of nowhere when cameras are working perfectly.

As of today all is well again with the free cams. Well as well as it can be (lol) only 2 âoopsiesâ out of all the free cams. Typical I would get at lest 4 âoopsiesâ.
As for âthink vhtv are trying to get rid of free users and just let the âeliteâ or paid members have all the funâ VHTV would or is cutting into itâs income if they donât ensure that the free cams are working right. Itâs the free cams that entice â1st time newâ subscriptions. And for us old hands that now only watch the free cams, wondering âifâ we should subscribe again and seeing the issues with them doesnât make it inviting. Never mind the issues that come up on the free cams there are all the issues that are happening on the cams in general that subscribers bring up. I was almost about to subscribe, then the new system came online as saw all the issues subscribers were bringing up. So Iâm waiting again to see how things get sorted out like Iâm sure many that were subscribers are doing as well.
Edited to say just after doing this post I see that all the free cams are into âoopsiesâ mode. So wondering âifâ they are trying to fix things ⊠again!

All these random oops messages on perfectly working cameras are also annoying for the tenants as they do not earn any money with these cameras.

I donât even know what to say Jabs. You knows, as i showed you and here many times, i get that Oops message, every single time i try to log in on mobile. No matter what cams or apartment. And now, that i am in a completely diff location, diff internet provider and ISP, guess what? It is exactly the same. Only when on mobile⊠God knows what is happening
