We still need to use the main scroll in order to see all the rooms below the apartment plan. This is very annoying

Try refreshing the page once. We are aware of this happening to some clients with unstable internet connection upon opening VHTV streams. We will introduce some changes to mitigate this in upcoming versions.

Once you click on the ‘HD Clips Gallery’ button @ the top, the clips gallery will open in a new Tab in the browser. For me that is an expected behavior.

I would love to see the ‘Cam Moments’ button for the chosen apartment do the same.

Can we have this bar so there is some ability to re-wind and fast forward per these controls? The buffer always runs out and it’s super frustrating - especially for those with slower internet speeds who don’t want to use the low HD setting. The controls currently overlay each other, which makes it useless (see below).
