It actually doesnāt even give me an error on screen. The loading just stops. If I look at dev tools, the login response is {āmessageā:āUnauthenticated.ā}
A word of thanks to the back room staff who have worked to get this new interface up and running with only a few minor glitches.
I am not tech minded but as I am using Opera on a lap top I find changing the stream from Realm to another realm is a lot more responsive and the option to add favourites is quite a nice feature.

I use Chrome and so far all functions work for me. The switching times (response times) are also much faster than with the old version. I think the night mode is great. 
The only thing I would make smaller is the banner. To allow a longer camera list. And the blue font colour and the numbers of the cameras should be brighter. Especially for people who canāt see well.

Maybe Iām a little too peaky but on my phone while in vertical mode the preview and autohide switches donāt fit in the bar of the video how they used to.
I use Firefox navigator if it helps

It only says Ā«LoadingĀ». No Cameras, nothing. What to do?
Iām sorry I donāt like the new version ,there was nothing wrong with old one easy to use as they say ,if aināt broke donāt fix it

I personally like the new version, feels a bit more steamlined. And so far everything works fine for me in Firefox.

i use Edge and all functions seem to be working for me ok.
Sometimes when i log in though the cams are still locked but a quick refresh seems to solve that.

Aha, some big news today then. Itās working well enough for me. Seems the cam loads quicker when I switch room in an apartment. So far, so good
Only thing is that my favourites are totally messed up. Guess Iāll just have to rearrenge them then. And yes, I do remember who my favourites are. Iām not that b___dy old
