You donāt need to pay for service which does not work for you.
Just contact us in order for us to identify the issue and help you. Or we will terminate your subscription with refund if nothing helps in your case.

Regarding transcripts, Iām not sure those would necessarily be a good idea. Wouldnāt that be too much of a loss of privacy for the participants?
You could argue that they already donāt have any privacy left, since we all can watch them 24/7 and hear every word the say. And that thatās the whole point of a voyeurism project.
But only a small minority of users actually understand russian, or most of the other languages spoken in the realms. But if every word they uttered would be transcribed to the whole world, the participants would weigh every word more carefully than they might be doing now, and the atmosphere in the apartments might be even more artificial that it is today.
It might elevate the display case the participants live in to an even higher level of horror, reducing the pool of candidates for the project to those poor souls who have already given up on life completely.
This is probably a subject matter for a separate topic, just wanted to throw in my spontaneous reaction that transcript might me taking things a step to far.

Hiya, I am still using the original interface as i found with the new one I had the following funnies for meā¦
- When logging on sometimes the room cams on the right remained locked.
Was no problem really as a quick refresh solved it. - I found i often had difficulty selecting dot positions on the timeline. Often had to go
back another step and then forward again, so ended up using the oriiginal interface
and not the new one.
Must admit i havenāt checked the new one since.
Any information what the new upgrade will incorporate? 4 screen mode perhaps?
