The form was not working yesterday. After complete it all, when press āsubmitā nothing happens, couldnt send a ticket using it. I can try today again if you want. Maybe today is fixed.
What I do know is that we expect an improvement release for first issue after May 10. Unfortunately, for problems like this, we canāt predict if it will resolve the issue fully/partly for all usersā¦ Only after implementation :c

Well, now heās not the only one where performance has deteriorated after the update, I have exactly the same issues described in javitto21ās post . Iām not going to do support cases on it, but it will just be part of my considerations when renewing my subscription as part of the overall quality of VHTV.
Better do several small releases and more often then only a few big releases. Itās better for fixing bugs
One thing Iāve noticed I now have to log in to every new window I open to watch different rooms at the same time. Also the forum sight wants me to change my passwords nopw at this time. I hope these are just glitches using Windows 10 in latest edition of Firefox /Google browser.,

Iāve been having nothing but problems since the new format, my timeline or archive videos donāt work, I have problems logging in. Support has given me tips on how to fix the problems but nothing has worked. The last time support contacted me, their advice was to use a different device. There is no other device, only this iPad. Since I have done nothing wrong and am a paying subscriber, it would seem to me that support should be bending over backwards to fix the problem. This is not the way to do business, this new format was f___ed upon us and it has totally screwed things up for me, but apparently Iām just screwed
@kaya on mobile I also have issues with the timeline. After use the timeline several times, the mobile browser get freeze and I have to restart it. On the old vertion of the site I didnāt have this problem. Want I make a ticket for that also?
