Must admit have never had any problem logging in but do have a funny when logging into the forum page.
Login first and i get taken to the payment page but if i hit the back arrow and then re login i get in ok.
I have mentioned it to support but nothing done. Still i can at least get in finally.
Forum page is working on the older site, moments archives too, so I not get log out on the forum or moment archives, only on main site. :s___py: Support says “clean cache” but nothing happen. And now can’t even log in there!
Maybe the magic re-boot may solve your woes but i know it can be rather frustrating sometimes.
If you download from Microsoft PC Manager that enables you to clear a build up of rubbish which you can easily delete anytime. It just sits in your taskbar on the right corner.
Could be worth a try i know everybodies problems seem to vary.
They are touching the code of the page, but their programmers seem like amateurs.

I appreciate @kaya doing her best to sort out these problems. Statistically however I suspect that the other 90% (?) of subscribers are probably OK with things. Apart from the minor glitch I have flagged up (twice) I am one of the 90% I suspect although I do not view VH by mobile.
Yes i suspect because if it was done right that should not appear it’s clear they don’t know what they are doing.
