Users should be aware that no system is the same over time. Of course, if you use the system/app/software update option.

“I didn’t change anything” is not relevant in this case.

My problem of logging and not getting cameras on the main page was trying to be solved by support for two months until windows system update solved the camera problem and Chrome update solved the logging problem.

Not sorted still got logged out.

So we definitely have an issue there for some people. As I understand you didn’t use ublock origin by now.

Yes i have it turned off since yesterday. I went to bed and i woke up and i turned on my PC and i opened google chrome and again i’m logged out. Ublock still turned OFF.

So this is a problem VHTV should definitely fix.

Well yes because I had no issues on the old software of VHTV I have tried EVERYTHING on my side and still I’m getting logged out I press the remember me option.

Yes definitely a bug then. Nothing too bad but can be annoying and should be fixed.

Yes i will deal with it for now but hope they can fix it soon.

There are lot of bugs in the new version of the site. Tried to contact support but answer is “we are working on that” and not give any solution.

  1. I have to “log in” (write user and password) every time I enter in the site, even is the “remember” option is press.

  2. If I use the timeline and press “stop” then when press “play” again it backs to the same part every time I pause the video and try to resume it.

  3. On the live stream, if I go to another “tab” in the browser, the live stream just stop.

Old version was deffinitive better than this. I really hope the developers find a solution to this problem, since it greatly harms being able to enjoy the site.

For now I have no intention of renewing my subscription until these issues are resolved.

@kaya 2 tickets are from yesterday. I tryed Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Edge, but the same issue in every one. Even tried use a VPN, but same problem.

@kaya yes 2 tickets because the “contact form” also not working (Support - Voyeur House TV đŸ”„). Another issue i reported!

My question was if you have ever contacted us regarding issues #1 and #3. But don’t worry, I see now that it has never happened

What happened to the old Kaya who was nice and helpful? The one who actually helped with issues instead of being aggressive towards their customers?

@kaya not via “form”. I open ticket sending “directly an email” and “via helpdesk”. But don’t worry, thanks for the friendly treatment. Nice way to lose customers! :+1:
