šŸš§ We're migrating to New version of VHTV

Haha you know how to trigger me. I fully accept that the new version has flaws. I just want to help the people with issues here. The majority does not seem to have many problems.
To me it seems that there are only minor flaws now and I would be happy to understand them and possible find a solution for them.

some people are to ignorant to understand that we are trying to help with the issues , it seems like most of the bugs have now been fixed and the ones that remain are the logging issues , and seeing as vhtv have not said anymore about the issues regarding loggins then that tells me they dont see it as them at fault , which relates back to browser/device settings , but perhaps this topic should be closed now and let them deal direct with support , but cant see them being any more helpfull than we have tried to be , so now im taking myself out of this topic for the last time , im happy the way things are at my end and why should i care about other peoples issues regarding vhtv , seeya

Well the timeline bug is definitely still there. I wonā€™t close the topic yet. But it is very evident by now the new version except a few minor bugs is doing great.

Letā€™s wait for @VHTV_James to come and decide what to do with that topic

Why close the topic?

I have no intention doing so.

Most likely and never forget that there is no software which is without any bugs.

that was my suggestion ,i was being cynical lol wasnt a request just a silly thought that got typed out , :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I have to swallow my words I just tried and paused for about 20 minutes and it did not jump forward or backward at all. So for me no more bugs at all right now.

Let me explain it once again. When iā€™m at home, i always use my laptop. Log in and everything is good. It works without any problems. The time comes to go at work and obviously i close the browser and turn off the laptop. While at work i can only use the mobile. Again log in and it works fine.

Now, when i get back home from work, i open again the laptop andā€¦surpriseā€¦i am logged out.

The same happens viceversa and this made me believe there is a connection between using different devices.
If i turn off the laptop and go shopping or something else, when i return i am not logged out. (Obvs if i havenā€™t logged in on the phone meanwhile).

The irony is that i havenā€™t got this issue right from the start. When other people were saying it, for me was working fine. It started a lot later on :joy::joy::joy:

Strange. Well at least it seems it is fixed for everybody by now

I see. Seems to be only a minor problem to me like you describe it. Still I would like to know what causes it

I never said itā€™s a massive issue. Just pointed out that it is something which wasnā€™t happening before. At least not on my side

Have done many weeks ago, just how many times do i have to do it then?
Never mind it is easily sorted out my end each time, canā€™t be bothered anymore but at least i ainā€™t paying for it now until i know all is ok.
After all it ainā€™t life and death is it :joy:
