šŸš§ We're migrating to New version of VHTV

You can test with phone on 4g/5g and VHTV on computer. Two different IPs. Work perfectly fine for me.

I did answer very clearly Jabs. I use the same configuration as i always did. My antivirus and anti tracking software was always the same as now. Not a problem before so why would that be a problem now ?

I donā€™t have any add ons

as i stated 99.( % of login issues are down to browser and device settings , and appology accepted i never meant it to sound like it was your fault :hugs: :hugs:

I did remove a couple of add ons which had nothing to do with ad blocking devices, but still did cause some conflictive and unstable issues, plus that I removed some unstable browsers which did cause some screw ups obviously. After doing that, I have honestly experienced minimal of fuck ups. :hugs: :hugs:

I am sure VHTV is not responsible that the site works with some kind of anti tracking software. It might work or not. If it does not it is not the fault of VHTV.
Deactivate the software for VHTV and see if the same issues are still there.

As I said 99% of all the login issues are home made by some weird configurations. VHTV is not responsible for that.

I donā€™t have anything on my phone. Nothing at all and i am still logged out.

As i said, it makes no sense to keep looking on my side when in fact the only change happened is on Vhtv side.

And YES, Vhtv is responsible for that

do you mean you get logged out when you come off the vhtv website ie close your website your using or do you mean you get logged out whilst your activily using it

That problem on phone I had until about two days ago. Now not anymoreā€¦

Yes i agree because if everything was 100 perfect with the old version and users had no issues with login and then they update to a new updated software then itā€™s down to them to either explain or have this sorted before users can view the new site.

The old version was far from perfect. People just did not complain as all the bugs were there for a long time already.

But for me the log in issue i never had before so that only happened with the new update to the site.

Maybe VHTV is using so called Canary Deployments which would explain that not everybody at the moment has the some behavior of the site.

What Is Canary Deployment? - Semaphore.

if that was the case then perhaps admin should of notified members of that , as it can cause bad publicity and cause a loss of revenue if paying members are not notified , although i know it as the blue green effect

Yes I agree that has caused problems (for some) since the update. It is yet to be seen if it can be fixed by not using any third party tools or browser extensions blockin cookies or tracking.

admin did mention a few weeks back about 3rd party software might effect the running of the software wish i could find the post maybe you might be able to find it quicker than me

You mean this one?

The best advice I can give to anyone is: If you sense or observe something which clearly causes troubles, do not hesitate with removing it completely. Do not in any way keep it. Remove it. Talking from my own experience. :hugs: :hugs:

Thatā€™s what most of the ā€œnothing wrong clubā€ are missing, some are doing nothing different then what they have been doing for the last year or so, same devices, same browsers and still there is issues that wasnā€™t there before the change

Iā€™m glad everything is ok for them but would really wish that the ā€œnothing wrong clubā€ would except that not everybody is as lucky as them
