Warning to tenants, violence!

Well I know the troll won’t :rofl::rofl:

I didn’t say that you can’t comment. Go nuts if you must. What I said ws that vhtv shouldn’t reply. They should handle it offline in their own way. The reason is simple. They gave the best chance to know the facts of the situation at hand. Just cause you can see though the cams does not mean you know what may be really going on and the best solution for the victim may not be what you think it should be. Report, complain all you want, expect vhtv to handle it and move on.

In truth, if you post comments here, you’re working for vhtv. But no, I certainly don’t work for them.

What was the solution? I missed that part I guess.

There seems to be a disconnect in logic here.

Nope, I’m not just talking about this particular subject, but this one has. Obviously if there is more violence, in the future, then it will be discussed/ debated again.

If people want to talk about it why are you asking for it to be cut? If you’re done go away. Problem solved.

I do wish someone would tell how this issue was resolved. I just don’t see it. Is vhtv going to be conducting psychiatric scales on tenants to determine their proclivity for anger? What was the solution?

There was just violence reported in Yan and Flora’s place. Not to mention the explosion of posts in that other apt earlier today. I don’t see a solution. I think my comments are valid.

So one person can ask you to lock a thread and you’ll do it? That’s some power you got there. Are you a moderator?

I’m only referring to this thread. If Handsdown created this thread to discuss current and be used to discuss future incidents of violence, then by all means keep it open, but I’m not sure that was his intention. I believe it was created to highlight the escalation in violence across a number of apartments recently. I’m sure he can answer that question for us.

I don’t see how anyone can read the op any other way.

No I am Santa Claus :rofl:

Good talking to you. I’ll take it.:heart::heart: Till next time.

@Jeffry175086 this conversation, with your help, is starting to leave the norm. For now, I just want to warn you - enough is enough, don’t escalate and impose your point of view like this. We’ve all got your point, stop it. You’re starting to remind me more and more of Amy. And if you’re Amy, you know what will happen when I’m fully convinced of that.

I’m Amy. I was only trying to help you. I think I’m right about how you should handle these issues. Goodbye!

Good-bye, Amy.

I think it is wise to talk about it. Different opinion shouldn’t mean opening battlefields, I have found sense in quite a few of them. As has already been said, views can be different, but I think for the most part, we are all on the same side. Violence must be despised, not talking about it.

But the forum isn’t mine, owners or moderators should be appointed for closure. If the topic degenerates into an argument and fighting, they will have no other option anyway.

This topic depends on us users and our civilized exchange of views/opinions.

Regarding the subject “Troll”, I am only going to make a single comment. The solution is once again in our hands, each response to a comment is food for it. Ignoring him is like kryptonite for Superman. I understand the temptation to respond but to do so is to supply him with ammo to keep firing. Courage you can do it. :+1:
