The viewer can only report illegal behavior and or not watch. It’s up to you and the manager to decide what the best course of action is. I hope that you always have the best interest of the victim in mind.
Nope. This is right. Depicting severe violence like b___d, m____r and r__e is forbidden.
What is happening with violent guests? Can you “ban” guests from cams? Basically forbid them to be on cams?
Yes, of course, that’s basically what we do. True, we also do it in such a way that the managers themselves tell us “this guest won’t show up at our place again”.
Thanks I hope that will be the case with the guy in realm91
Scenes of violence are necessarily removed - this is a requirement of the payment systems. If we don’t do this, we may be cut off from payment. It is also mandatory to have observers who sit around the clock and watch the content for prohibited activity.
Those are the information ee need. So there is not a feeling of covering up.
In addition to turning cameras off and deleting evidence… Online cameras can be a protection for the victim and I disagree to turn them off. I don’t believe the manager can get there in a minute, this time victim can already be beaten (like yesterday?)
A question, do the managers/franchise partners have to present you with the real names, e.b. in the form of ID cards, or is it enough for them to assure that they are of legal age according to (country-specific requirements) and have signed everything?
In a nutshell, you could contact the actors directly or does everything always go through the managers/franchise partners?
At the moment we are turning this realm off because the managers are not getting in touch to sort out the problem. This is what we usually do.
I am no expert but surely they have ways. I am pretty sure the hugely BIg Brother shows had a way as I only saw one case of violence in the 7 long shows I watched, and that guy was kicked off immediately. You are putting them in an environment which is pretty intense as they are being watched 24/7 and at times judged harshly on the forum. There must be tests to see they can handle it.
All I know is that the issue has become serious and being discussed on the forum in a pretty heated fashion with viewers such as myself having no qualifications to deal with it. The tenants are ultimately your responsibility and it is up to you to deal with the problem, not us the viewers.
Stop trying to make excuses for this type of behaviour. Don’t ask us to solve it. Don’t ask us to show our displeasure and horror at having to view it. Nothing is impossible. .
As far as I know HR is always able to talk with tenants. As we had a case of a “bad manager” some years ago. Manager took advantage of tenant and basically did not pay her…
We obligatorily obtain all the documents of the participants, and make sure they are authentic. We sign a direct agreement with all participants to transfer all rights to the image to us, and this agreement specifies all the things that are forbidden.
You know what I mean, did ever m____r occur on VHTV?
Thanks for the reply.
Another question, which you are also welcome to say, that you do not answer them.
Are the participants paid directly by VHTV or is there “only” one rule that the participant gets xy%, but the manager gets the money and forwards the share. I assume the second case.
No. He recorded a staged s___f movie. He did not m____r them of course. But he wanted it to look that way.
I’m not asking you to do anything. Believe me, this is an even bigger problem for me than it is for you. But you’re the one who came in here and TRYED me to do something without knowing exactly what it is you’re asking. Don’t you think that’s a little extreme? Let’s imagine for a moment that we have a specialist who does this kind of testing, and yet there are still cases of a___e. What’s next? Ah, you don’t know. But surely we have to do something. Well, we do.
There are varying degrees of violence too that’s vhtv and the managers have to consider. Also, the fact that the tenants make money based on interest, vhtv and the manager have to be careful not to reward or advertise violent conflicts. I think cutting the cams and deleting the scenes are the way to go and if the tenants reappear the viewer has to accept that they are back online because it was the best option and not assume that vhtv and the manager don’t care.
Yet BDSM is OK here.
Oh believe me there was a huge difference to BDSM what he did…
We pay franchisees, but we control the distribution of shares between them and the participants. In addition, the participants themselves see their own revenue statistics.
