VHTV March Donation Race

Women’s day is about women’s rights - including the right to choose. Some rely on their intelligence, some on their looks, some on both. Some build careers, some choose family… some heroes manage to do both! The point is that women CAN decide for themselves. And that’s what they do, so there’s no need to frame it in a shaming way

Right and options is not always the same.

This coin event, would have been better done doing easter.
“your change to be the easter-bunny, dropping off gifts”

Since this is the March Donation Race, there could theoretically be an April Donation Race at Easter… :see_no_evil_monkey:

Ironically, it is your point that is backwards in time. Modern woman (and men btw, especially on the project) using their body and sexuality to pay the bills has become increasingly mainstream in the last decade and into our current OnlyFans age. Your point supposes that stripping and performing sexually for pay is inherently a shameful act, which is an increasingly antiquated viewpoint.

That said, I hate this Donation Drive idea and will not be participating for reasons I think I’m just gonna keep to myself

My point is not that it shameful, just its been an option for a long time before the digital age.

What I am trying to say, introducing this donation race now and in this way is not quite I was image women’s day would be marked on VHTV

OK, but when you frame it as men throwing coins at women instead of women earning extra money from an appreciative fan for providing a service it signals to me an antiquated point of view. Would you be so against a male CEO giving a bonus to his female secretary on IWD as a show of appreciation for her exceptional service? Would that be inherently problematic to you in any way? Because I guarantee that secretary can make use of those extra dollars, and we all need validation from time to time that we’re doing a good job.

This would make a great Hanukkah idea… (in case it’s too niche there’s a tradition connected with coins, especially chocolate ones nowadays, during it)

Je propose que vous lanciez un sujet sur une boîte à idée qui would make ce site beaucoup plus attractif ou les concepteurs pourraient choisir ce qui est bon pour l’avenir du site

We already have that category here:

What a strange take to have on a site where literally everyone is depending on donations. And it’s not just women on this site.

So with March 8 being over I think it is very obvious that this contest did not really take off…

Out of 36 online apartments only two (Aora realm108 and Slammy & Agrat realm145) did any specific decoration…

The contest did not bring any cool decorations or an increase in activity. I suggest that participants now are given a longer break before the next contest.
Wait for the summer and do the awesome summer contest from last year again there.

The question is, how much money did it bring in from the non-forum crowd on the main site? To them an exclusive message from a participant may be a big prize. I don’t pay attention to ads, have other contests been advertised on the main site like this, or only in the forum before?

They always announced it on Telegram and on the forum and they usually put a link on the main site
