I totally get your point. And I do not think your thinking is wrong. But as you hear now the community here is super confused and it is only natural and normal that you want the one you voted for in such a poll to get a direct reward. That is the thing you should understand.
I suggest two rewards. One for the winning apartment and one for the winning studio.
If itās based on studios than redo it and group the apartments together under the manager otherwise it seems as a rigged system so Mira and Henry will always will than bc there manager runs the top places on the site
For all we know A&L could win this every month but could be under the same studio as the bottom three, so they might never win and all their hard work is for nothing.
Thatās how I see it, or you do * with numbers behind it, that you can see which apartments have the same manager. You donāt have to reveal the manager name.

The question is also, how many percentage points does a penalty cost? Letās say one apartment makes 50% and another apartment of the manager makes 3 penalties. Does the manager lose to the apartment with 30% without penalties?
