I don’t think the manager will ever lose.
Nah her studio got a fine for that for sure.
I don’t know all the factors that are needed for winning. But the fines from Flora demolishing her apartment and Astrid & Guido having a huge fight definitely negatively effected A&L’s chance of winning.

So the conclusion of all that is (Assuming I know what managers / studios run the places):
- It makes no sense to vote for independent places or for places of small studio / manager
- Always vote only for places from same studio / manager to keep the chances high that the place I want in first is also from the winning studio / manager
- If the studio / manager of “my voted places” receives many fines it is “burned” for that poll and I have to vote for a different studio / manager or when I do not want that remove my vote.
so another conclusion…

Feh. It’s insulting to people like Hector and Marla to include them when this is skewed toward multi-apartment studios. Independents need their own poll. Otherwise it’s just a mockery.
So I’ve come to the conclusion after reading this thread that in future -
My vote goes to my favourite apartment.
In order to increase my favourite apartment chances of winning, my next 2 votes must go to apartments run by the same studio, whether I like them or not.

Where is the list which studios run which apartments?
What good will it do you if your manager has 2 apartments and some have 7?
The fact that Ukrainian cities are bombed and it’s a whole venture to run such a business, and the Russians can only laugh in their faces.
Lucas walks around every day with a gun risking his life, while on the other side of the border the owner of a dozen apartments organises daily parties with feasts and young girls to fuck. So that in the end, in one fucked-up poll, they take away that little bit more from people.
Damn this things pisses me of.
