Oh ok I think I get it now. There are multiple requirements for a studio to win and the poll is one part of that. I have to say I do not like this format. I thought if a realm won the poll they would get a prize directly. Iâm not very motivated to vote in future polls if winning the poll doesnât necessarily mean the realm will win a prize.
It should be like in Formula 1:
- Drivers championship (apartments)
- Constructors championship (studio / managers)

- This poll never lead to direct rewards towards Participants from VHTV. There are no Poll conditions where itâs stated otherwise
- Apartments get rewarded all the time based on their popularity. Thatâs how VHTV always worked. So, for example, if Apartment X is the most watched, they will probably get the most in the given time period.
- As said, this poll represents customers interest in apartments. We at VHTV use the results to calculate our own metrics to reward best performing studio in terms of customer activity, penalties, customer feedback (like this one).
Amelie & Lucas won this poll, itâs true. But the studio running 3rd & 4th apartment in this poll won the internal competition inside VHTV just because they performed better and, probably, got less or none penalties from franchise.
If you would like to reward participants directly, you can always use Donations. We are the platform, we work with studios who we acquire content from to show it to our customers. We do not interact with participants directly, though it happens time to time because we have transparent communication channels inside.
I take two apartments, where I think 100% of the people know that they run under the same managers. Letâs say I want Shana to win, but I wouldnât like Henryâs apartment. So I vote for the same manager.

Okay it is clear that the different apartments represent a team, which are the studios. Iâm not going to cast any more votes until I can see which studio the different apartments represent.
Well it is your poll and you set the rules but I donât think you will be seeing many users voting in future polls with the current rules.
Doesnât look like youâll ever win. Weâve just been informed itâs the actual studio that wins not the participant. So your manager needs to get his other apartments up to scratch for you to be winners. Weâve all been deceived into thinking it was the apartment weâre voting for but we were wrong.

Again most people do not know that. Imagine Verstappen won a race but he did not get any points because his teammate Perez crashed and scored zero while the two Ferraris placed 2 and 3. According to VHTV logic the Ferrari get the points and Verstappen gets nothing 
And if they do everyting good lik A+L then they donât have to be rewarded?
The inscrutable thing is that many do not know which apartments belong together and who has received which penalties neither.
Which apartments belong together should not be officially known.
So you donât really vote for apartments, because as I said several times, one with 10 apartments is more likely to win.
It is up to winning studio to decide how they share the money they win.
I commented above that if forum viewers opinion correlates with viewership data at the website, the apartment gets rewarded accordingly based on our standard revenue share model. So, if A+L were the most interesting apartment at VHTV last week indeed, they got rewarded the most.

Itâs even more opaque, you donât know which team Verstappen is driving for and whether the team has 1 or 10 drivers.

Well maybe it is about time to establish a direct connection to people for things like that. As you said you occasionally already do it so where is the problem to do it for things like that too?
But I have the feeling we wonât get anywhere here. When the purpose of the poll is not changed or the distribution of rewards adjusted then the next poll should say in description that we vote for studios and not apartments to get rewarded.

You need to change the title from ââ Best Apartmentââ to ââ Best Studioââ and we need to know what realms are under what studio.
