i don’t give a s__t about any studio, i like to watch some appartments and some i don’t
But when there is a poll and only number two or three is awarded… then that stinks

Yeah, you are right, that was me who is always unaware what happens with apartments and studios. Anyway, the answer is above. These polls are very important Part of what is required for us to run internal motivation tools.
This time the studio running Sophia, Elon, Claudia & Ariela & Sebastian won.
As said, we do not reward participants directly as we work with studios first. It is their job to decide on how to reward participants. The same applies to fines & penalties. We do not fine participants, we fine and penalize studios.
No, that’s mainly because their studio lost.
So we need to know what studio were voting for not the participants. We’re just being deceived, the paying public.

It’s funny. Openly, we don’t want to talk about managerial affiliation, but that’s exactly what it’s all about.
Why is that? This poll represents our forum viewers opinion on the best apartment at VHTV. This data helps both managers & participants to improve their activities and find out what they may be doing wrong
I know that. But how many of all other people know it? I do not think there are many. It also kind of defeats the purpose of the vote. A great place can never win the contest when all other places from same manager rate very poor. This definitely needs some thinking. Where is the problem to give Studio XY money amount XY with the order to give it to place XY because they won? You can keep the studio reward system but the winner should be rewarded no matter how the other places of manager or studio placed.
Let’s take as an example you don’t like the kind of manager. You vote for a small manager who has few apartments, maybe only one. But it wins the manager who has 10 apartments, all distributed maybe from places 4-20. 1, 2, and 3 may have been lone fighters but always without a chance.
Because the majority of people vote because they want to support the participants they like the most. And they do that so they get a reward. Most do not know about manager / studio system
THAT should be a motivation for you to help them !

But all the polls says the best apartment not studios. If i vote i vote for my best apartment and then i see they are number one and received the most votes only to find out it wasn’t them i was voting for because they didn’t win but the studios did. I won’t be voting in any poll again because it’s all very misleading.
The poll is for “VHTV Best apartment”, not Studio, it’s what we believe we are voting for, therefore the reward should go to the apartment, otherwise the poll is mis-leading. I will not vote in future polls unless this is changed.
Since this is probably about rewarding managers and not apartments, you should just say openly which apartments belong together. Everything else is nonsense.

We need to know because we are voting for the participants and if they come out on top we expect their manager to reward them isn’t that what winning is about 
We don’t want someone else to benefit from another’s success, what the hell is the managers thinking, I suppose they take the lions share of it. 
Okay these polls make no sense as I don’t know who I’m voting for. I can see a participant name, but it doesn’t say which studio they represent and it’s obviously more the studio than the specific participants we’re voting for.
Exactly it should be changed to ‘‘VHTV Best studio’’
The way it is now it is misleading. It is okay to give a good performing manager / studio a reward to encourage and support their work. But at first the winning place should get theirs no matter where their manager / studio placed overall…
