Guys, make a virtual credit card…will work 100%
verotel or what ever they are called just dont block your number they also block your ip and username so a new card wont work

Well, i had the same problem this month, because of the new rules. Debit cards can no longer be used. Made a virtual credit card and worked perfectly
It’s all very well telling us what we should do but I noticed you didn’t actually tell us HOW to do it. Frankly I wouldn’t have a clue how to even begin with something like that.

personally i think the age verification law is a good thing and to be honest . i cant see an reason why after a couple of weeks breaking in period everything should be straight forward , unless your under 25 and in that case perhaps you need to get out more and leave the porn to us PAST OUR PRIME PERVERTS!!

Well I don’t know but they certainly need to do something because if they don’t they will find their subscriber numbers dropping dramatically. I will be one of them unfortunately, If I can’t find a suitable way to get around the issue.
Really cant see it being abig issue , from 25th you will have to show photo id when buying subscription , passport driving licence etc most people have one or both , at the moment payment providers are tied under the law to not issue a subscription if it goes past 25th unless age verification checks have been carried out , my guess is these will very soon on the payment page for uk purchases
Yes well thankfully I still have one of those (I don’t have a passport) and that’ll be OK if the system being used, accepts it.Things will get VERY complicated for me (and anyone else in a similar position) if not.
It seems to be yet another one of those ‘if it ain’t broke…’ situations but rules are rules I suppose.

for these reasons i agree 100% to the law …

but also i think there should be an automatic logout on all porn related sites after 10 mins of inactivity , i wonder how many kids have picked up pops or grandpops ipad/phone and accidently been exposed to porn , call me old fashioned but for me i back the change 100%

The issue with Verotel not accepting cards even cards that was previously accepted is not new, this below topic started in 2023

Yes, I definitely agree with you in principle. It’s just the practical application of it all (in relation to VHTV) that might be a cause for concern.

I can tell you, I have been given reliable confirmation that it IS related to these new rules which are being implemented so in this case I am not actually “assuming” things.
Fair enough but if that information is not on the original posts then I hadn’t missed anything if you have been told on a personal basis

I am sorry, I know I was perhaps a little blunt with my tone I used with you earlier.
I was (am still) rather frustrated by the issue we were discussing and I have some personal health issues (one of which might turn out to be very serious) that admittedly have nothing to do with VHTV, going on behind the scenes as well. I might be a bit snappy with people at the moment and don’t really mean to be.
