Call your card company. They are blocking these sites, you need to tell them they aren't fraudulent. Then they'll have you order again and it will work.OR it used to !! worth a try
basically, lots of people use stolen credit cards to buy keys on these sites. So they're flagged as possible fraud .BUT If it’s a VISA card,YOUR FUCKED it’s being blocked by Verified by Visa. No way around it. It’s their way of bullying banks and sellers to sign up. but if you buy bitcoin using your visa card or any other card for that matter then you can buy subscription , if your going down the bitcoin route only buy the amount you need to buy subscription due to the volatile state of the market or you could end up paying more with your bitcoin from month to month especially if the market drops , theres been a 75% increase since december this year
I haven’t been able to get proper premium for almost a year. I tried all my credit cards and virtual cards but they are all rejected. Why don’t you have another payment method other than verotel? A lot of people like me who want to buy cannot.

VHTV have explained numerous times as to why they dont have otheroptions other than those shown , probably have to look back for explanation , but just a few thins to check as to why virotel refuse payments , and seeing as you are having issues with multiple cards , might be worth checking these points when filling out payment details
My transaction was DECLINED, what should I do?
If your credit card transaction was DECLINED, please try the following:
- Did you fill out all of the fields on the order form?
- Did you enter the correct expiration date?
- Did you remove any spaces or dashes in your credit card number or phone number?
- Did you enter your full and complete email address?
- Are you currently in the country where your credit card was issued? check your not using a vpn
- Do you have sufficient funds on your credit card or bank account?

Also Verotel has you wait between purchases even if the last one was successful. I would think this is per card but maybe it is also limited by email address or even IP address. I might be completely wrong but I had problems with the payment before and for me it was because of this, although for me it was only one card.
I have sincerely never had any trouble with the Verotel Paying Method. 
What is 3D-Secure ?
VHTV explains THAT they dont have other payment options but they did not explain WHY. Other options work with different sites (chaturbate, RLC…) so the reasons are not obvious. I think in this way they renunciate a lot of potential customers.
look at the issue from another perspective , if verotel does not accept your cards which it happened to me also but for some other websites , better use btc , you even have -10% for subscription, way above the costs that you pay for buying btc, btc price change risk , and blockchain gas fees . 
.so +3 reasons to use btc rather than your card directly
P.S. : for people that do not know how to buy crypto there are plenty of tutorials online ,but i dont think this is the case in this community, and many of us already own and trade crypto on a regular basis
Even in this community there are people like me who dont know how to use crypto. As you say there are lots of tutorials and I could learn it, but I dont need crypto for any other purpose and so I’m not going to do it. For me crypto is much too complicated - installing extra software, opening accounts etc. No. If VHTV doesnt offer convenient payment methods I will go to other websites.
I for example have no idea of how to use crypto. Never used it in my life. 
buying and transferring crypto is not complicated at all . i thought the same ,above 1.5 years ago , now i am asking myself why i did not started earlier , i missed a lot of opportunities , of course there are a lot of scams , but that is why we have so many warnings , we also have a critical mind to observe and make decisions , as a general rule don’t use unregulated websites
and to answer your question , paying with crypto is almost the same as paying with card , just a bit more info ,but in the end you’ll see it’s quite easily , get a binance account and for small amounts needed here you’re good to go. if you get hooked in the future you can use dex-es and so on as pro’s do
for you guys i can post a small tutorial on how to pay here with crypto made speciffically for paying on voyeur-house , then if you think i deserve it and as a thank you you may reimburse me for the month i am going to pay , i did not subscribe for long since my favourite apartment left/was kicked , Ary and George , then some other apartments all romanians , sadly no other worthy romanian apartment joined other than Zack and Vanessa , which as we know is pretty much useless, basically you dont pay me from your own pocket , you pay -10% less - buying and transferrring costs , you pay roughly -6% x2 , that is 12% of EUR 39.95 , if there are more people that will find it usefull can contribute also , just EUR 3.95 , the deduction for first month . this not a begging / raising funds attempt . i can afford to pay for an entire year without an issue but for my time to create the tutorial and write all these infos here .
I fully agree with your views here. A little bit back in time I used to follow probably 1 or 2 apartments. But I do not do that anymore. I have stopped doing that.
