I agree. A splash of water, salt, and pepper are the only things needed to make delicious scramby eggs 
Also, a squirt of hot sauce if you like a kick.

Yes and often does.
All that is need is a microwave oven and of course, the eggs (with perhaps some cheese and MAYBE a little bit of butter).
Assuming it’s an 800 watt microwave like mine, just put the mixture in for 4 30 second bursts (maybe a bit more than 4 if there is cheese and / or butter in there as the fat content will mean cooking the eggs will take a little longer ) and cook.

Not sure about the water, as you might as well put milk in.
The salt and pepper (particularly lots of black pepper) is a sensible idea though to avoid the eggs being bland.

Water steams the eggs so they stay fluffy instead of becoming rubbery. Adding milk gives them the creamy consistency of a custard. Not all liquids do the same thing.
Guess that’s the way you want it.. Careful what you wish for..
