Why on earth anyone would ever put milk in scrambled eggs I will never know (if cooked properly, this is NEVER EVER necessary). At least he was using brown eggs…

Sounded funny to me. Some people like it that way and some do not. Was no big deal to me. I would prefer without the milk as well to be honest

Milk makes scrambled eggs softer, creamier, and less firm. However, it can also make them watery and less flavorful. I prefer to add a little cream to my scrambled eggs.
