I know he left! but he was relocating and then for some reasons he left , was wondering if he come back soon or not.

Well just having Artem back to begin with, will take care of that. His presence on camera impresses some people, regardless of what he is or isn’t doing. He and whomsoever he interacts with, will naturally cause the rest to fall into place as and when the time is right (for them). 
Firstly we just need him to return…

The name you were aiming for, is actually Xavier and he is also the one you were asking about. He is that apartment’s current resident (quite often naked, as you commented upon) hunk!
