To be fair once in a while the +7 realms get a nice apartment that hasnāt been used before. I thought Adilās apartment was pretty nice and a lot more modern that most of the +7 realms that I have seen.
Who knows maybe Artem will be moving into a brand new apartment. The reason the relocation is taking so long could be they are waiting for the apartment complex to finish being built.
Or trying to get squatters out but Iām not sure what rights they have there 
So, how many Lego bricks do we reckon itās taken to build this apartment then? Just joking, I know he went to his parents. Just checking in to see if thereās any news on his return. Is he still planning on coming back, or is he just going drift in and out as a guest? 'cause, like. I just paid for a subscription and thereās fuck all happening anywhere.

I have strong suspicions that if Artem wants things back to they way they were, with him as a full participant once again, that will happen eventually.
Just a shame, that last apartment was alright. He seemed happy, and then āpoof!ā apartment offline and him gone. I donāt understand, I just donāt.

Iām a big fan of Artem, I like how he appeals to many of the viewers orientations and preferences even though Iām just a boring straight guy.
I do hope he returns (I like to believe that he and Arina have unfinished business 
though itās probably just a fantasy). The website is a more interesting place when he is around

Any update? why it took so long?
I got an update from VHTV support. Artem is currently no longer relocating because he is dealing with personal issues. He may return but there is no longer a timeframe as to when.
