We’re experiencing the issues with these particular features mentioned, these are the same issues you may have run into during past 2 weeks, occasionally. We’re working now to restore these features availability and will spend next week investigating and fixing the core reason of this happening.

I have that problem always around the same time (afternoon in my country, night in Europe). And specially on weekends. Could the problem be about the number of viewers in the site?
It certainly does correlate with number of viewers, yet we experience abnormal inflow of visits these days. This should not affect our services as much as it does now, thus this is a problem with our code, which did not show the signs of it before. We’ll find when and how it started and change/roll-back the changes. As for the users load, VHTV is built to sustain extreme loads and to remain a high availability service. Sometimes, this approach is ruined by bad/faulty code.
TLDR: It’s a bug. We’ll fix it.
