Itâs a good thing you did. Iâm not accusing you of anything, I just want to help. But I can only help if help is really needed. Do what it says, thoroughly and slowly, and write back to the guys. They are more likely to pass it on to more competent guys, and they will come up with something. Thatâs how it works.

However reading the number of complaints regarding this problem on this platform you may have a problem.
Regarding the tests - not everyone who connects with your site is a computer genius at best the majority of viewers are probably able to log on to their computer - Google for your website - open the link to view.
I will endeavour to conduct the tests and forward a screen shot of the result.
Just to update you four hours ago the stream was slow, freezes, the quality constantly change from HD to LD. Now the stream is behaving well. (Not much happening in the realms) so probably not many viewers.

What frustrates me is that people here claim as if theyâre experts, that theyâre fine, itâs us who have something wrong. But when it comes to running simple tests with detailed instructions, they say âwe are not experts, but judging by the number of complaints here (4?), you have something wrongâ. No, judging by the number of complaints, everything is working fine, just a few people are having trouble connecting specifically to our servers. And I would like to find out what kind of these problems are. You would go through the tests, maybe as a result for all of Australia the quality of our broadcasting would increase.
We used to get that as well and as a last resort, we (with the customerâs permission) would remotely control their computer to establish once and for all where the issue was and talk them through the issue.
I understand that not everyone likes their computer being taken over, but we did have enormous success with this and maybe it could be an option open for you? 
It is, of course, open to us, but we can always start with something simple, and if it fails, we can bring in the heavy artillery, in the form of remote control.
I contributed to this post in an effort to point out a few observations, but it seams every word i write is taken apart and ridiculed. I was only trying to assist, I may continue to connect with the site I may not. I hope you have a problem free 2022.

yes in evry realm i see them for about 5 days now i did not wanted to say anything becaus cams just work in those gaps dont know wat it is btw did you notice it is evry time just after 23:15 and after 18:00
