Hi all, is it just my system or is it a VHTV server issue. Since 2 or 3 days the black screen when changing cams or time line lastst very long. it is really disapointing.

Nothing wrong with my ISP and still having that issue.
i change browsers every 15 mins or so ( Chrome & Edge) helps a bit . My wose problem is with the arcives . Lucky to get 5 mins uninterrupted, particularly if you cruise up the time line.

It may be a problem of your ISP or its uplink, you can find out only by doing a series of tests. Which tests should be done, you will be advised by the support team. Judging by the number of requests to the support team with this problem, it is single, that is, the problem is not in the servers or channels on our side.

It is new years day, go home and be with your family. I am chilled and really not worried about it. I wrote on here just to let it be known I was having the same problem. I am pretty sure it will be sorted. Happy New Year, have a great 2022

For me the problem was only with the timeline. And not live streaming.
Same here. The live streaming is 100%
