I don’t remember any posts about that. However, it looks like the treetops can be seen from Shelby’s loggia, so it is probably not more than the second or third floor. Perhaps @Shelby.at.the.base can clarify?

If you watch the video again where Chanel crashed, you can hear after about 2-3 seconds how she hits something again and that could have been what saved her.
