As I stated, I was simply wondering why the dates said 2020, since this is 2025.
I can’t go to the support page with your ticket, and would have no reason to go there otherwise, so I didn’t know what you saw until you posted it in your last post.

yes and a little later the entire apartment was offline
It went offline 21:15 their time with nobody at home! I don`t understand how it came online in the first place. Neighter Henry or Mira was there!

the managers can remotely switch of streaming ,just the same as VHTV can ,

Of course they can switch the streaming on and off but the answer from support says there is a fault with the equipment in the apartment (copy above). I refuse to believe they can change components over the internet (maybe using drones)!

My heart was in my throat when I saw Chanel go out the window! I was OMG how many floors down?!! Those that have been here long enough will remember when another fur baby fell out a window but wasn’t as lucky
