I wouldnāt be surprised if itās over.
Now the rules on violence have become harder. They have a long history of problems with the rules.
From franchise in previous apartment was opened - until the first serious incident. And think how to accept a loss (money A&A/M&H) - so that simply close it and forget it if new problems will start. Perhaps for this (new) apartment, this franchise condition does not apply? Then there will be a big double fine and online soon.
And good action of the guests should not be lost.
Teresa can take a knife. Actually, the problem that old interesting guests no longer come is that Teresa is unbalanced - now she laughs, and after 5 minutes she runs for you with a knife.
They are +/- ok together. Or with vegetable and safe people like Katya. But if normal guests - itās Russian roulette.

In this situation - Teresa scandal of nothing + hysteria + violence (now it doesnāt matter who attacks girl or boy = this is very serious v_______n) with hit in face + manual shutdown apartment (another very serious v_______n that go to exclusion from the project if offline few times) + VH investigation.
Well and this is not the first time they do things like thatā¦
He should just kick out Teresa. She is a big liabilityā¦

No again not. There was a ton of hot stuff to save but Teresa ruined it once again. Place from list just when I wanted to save it. I hope it will come back so I can at least save it.

This girl is out of luck. 
First Scott with his special working methods. Now this.
I heard a little of their conversation yesterday. But I thought Iād listen today. They have an open (rather without any obligation) relationship with this guy. And the guy wants more. He said - that I do not want to fuck with others, you suit me. But I donāt want to be a cuckold either. She wants parties and free&wild life but not only with him. They also said something about renting an apartment (maybe VH but not sure).
