All fun aside: she obviously has issues. She needs help. I don’t like Sergio much (don’t know why) but he might be the only one she has. Not sure if a location manager should step in and try and help. It’s difficult.
It is also hard to watch. It is easy to say what a terrible person Teresa is and that she should be removed from VHTV. But then what? What will happen to her? No good things I’m afraid.
But that’s called consequences.
As far as I can see (which is not far at all I know) she has so many issues, that she can not be helt responsible for her behaviour. Just my opinion based on almost nothing.
Exactly. They can get her a psychatrist she can talk to. Maybe it helps. But she is totally wrong on the site here and showed that multiple times already.
In that case she belongs into an asylum. But I can’t say that by only watching…

When I saw them partying earlier, I thought to myself how long till Teresa fucks things up, and now I have my answer, less than a day. 
I actually hoped she will fall as___p before “her time” but no she timed it exactly to fuck up everything
She has it down to a fine art now… 
Like you said earlier, Sergio seems like a nice guy, I am surprised he has put up with her for this long, she has fucked things up for him so many times.
I don’t know if Sergio reads this forum, but all the hate that he gets because of her, would surely make you think twice about keeping her around when this is how you earn a living.
