I don’t understand either, at first I thought that maybe while I was sleeping, Greta bit me and I did it in my sleep, but I was told that it happened when one of us was awake

Well as I think they removed the moment they refer to from the timeline I can’t see what happened. But you were sleeping all the time so the only person who could have done it can be Bird. She was awake when the apartment went offline.
I’m still confused. Bird left at about 7:12. The apartment was disconnected at about 7:24. So Bird came back at the time of the outage and saw some kind of kick to Greta so she reported it and left again?
the administration told me about animal cruelty, if Bird comes today, I will talk to her, because I still can’t understand what exactly happened, until I talk to her, I think nothing will really be clear

I have been critical of VH for a lot of things in the past but I don’t think they would just make something up. I think the situation is pretty clear and now it’s just up to San to talk to Bird about it. She’s lucky she only got a warning. Next time it’ll be a fine and possible ban for Bird from the site.

I talked to Bird and she really did kick Greta, she overdid it with force and because of that the blow was quite painful for the dog, she apologized, said that she wouldn’t do it again, but now I will be more careful about it
