With a new phone again.
Itâs a must to report the theft of your phone to the police. It is theft of personal identity, various bank and other financial accounts, legal matters plus personal belongings. In addition, there is the value of the phone itself.
Where I live, stealing a phone is considered an extremely serious offence with serious consequences.
In this case, blackmail is also considered.
I love Sanâs Body
Iâm not sure if I would second that recommendation, for two reasons. Since Tea actually bought the phone it can be argued that San had only been using Teaâs phone, prooving that it is rightfully Sanâs would be difficult.
Second, I donât know for sure which country San lives in, but I have an assumption. Iâm not sure if Sanâs line of work is 100% legal in that country, but Iâm quite sure I wouldnât be keen to have dealings with that countyâs police force, if it could be avoided.
But even from Teaâs point of view she should agree to hand over the SIM card and data from that phone, if she hasnât already done so.
That is exactly why I mentioned that where I live. Here, virtually all payment and personal identification is done over the phone, and its theft is probably marked quite differently from many other places worldwide. Contacts and photographs would be the least of my worries
The best solution for them is to talk and come to some sort of agreement
I donât want to keep going one and the same topic, but even the fact that she bought the phone doesnât mean that it belongs to her, because based on the expenses that were made on my part, I have essentially already worked off this debt to her, even taking into account the fact that she was here on bird rights and there was no activity from her, so that not she had any income.
I wanted to contact the police at first, because there is a lot of personal data on the phone, including bank accounts, but I just decided that it would be easier to get a new phone and just let this situation go (I offered her to compromise and even give money for the phone, but Tea wished me luck and added me to the blacklist), therefore, I donât want to develop this topic in any way further, this is not the first and not the last person in life who comes across such a person, itâs just that sooner or later it will happen that she will find herself in the same situation and only then will she understand what act she committed
hey @san forgive, forget and move on all the best
@San this cam is tilted
And I think this cam is pointed too high. The pets might have tampered with them.
